The program is designed for students, staff members, and freelancers who are interested in learning more about inclusion and diversity. It is also a valuable resource for anyone who wants to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace or community.

The training program will be delivered in a blended format, which means that it will combine online learning with in-person workshops. The in-person workshops will give participants the chance to network with other learners, share experiences, and discuss the challenges and opportunities of creating an adequate environment for diversification.
