Project Management

XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences as a project coordinator took the responsibility of the project management and coordination. Open and transparent communication from the coordinator guarantees results in the same communication and trust from the other project member of the partnership.

During the first Transnational Project Meeting which was hosted by the XU University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam, the participants were introduced with the following working papers in electronic form:

Develop Diversity-Centred Learning Objectives

Before developing the training program, our consortium needs to specify precisely its  learning objectives. During this activity – specific statements in the form of learning objectives will be defined. The main purpose of the learning objectives is to inform our learners what they will be able to do at the completion of their learning experience.

The consortium will also define the exact course hierarchy of the blended training program. Each partner will conduct focus interviews with the target groups, e.g. 2 focus group interviews in total.

These focus group interviews will aim at supporting our consortium in prioritising the exact learner needs, e.g. the gap between the learners’ current level of knowledge and skills concerning the Inclusion and Diversity values, and the level of knowledge and skills required to build a more diverse and inclusive environment for our network (co-workers, students, clients, peers, etc). The main purpose of these interviews will be to become aware of the following aspects:

Development of Blended Training Program and Training

The key priority of this blended training program is to support the target audience in obtaining relevant soft skills to create an environment of sustainability in which a variety of individuals can work collaboratively, feel secure and be sure that they are accepted.

This activity will also significantly contribute to achieving the project objectives by delivering high-quality training in hybrid mode.

Training Program Evaluation

The training evaluation will identify some possible training gaps and even to discover opportunities for improving our training program. By evaluating the quality of our training, the consortium will be able to assess whether our blended training program is able to achieve its intended outcome, and if the produced training materials and resources are aligned with our project goals and objectives.

Join us for our upcoming training program in inclusion and diversity!
