Breaking Barriers: Fostering Inclusion and Diversity in Education for Learners from Diverse Backgrounds
Our project “United – Inclusion and Diversity of Learners with Diverse Backgrounds” is an Erasmus+ co-funded project 2022-2-DE02-KA210-VET-000092335 in collaboration with XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences and Luxembourg Creative Lab.
The project aims at creating an environment of sustainability in which a variety of individuals can work collaboratively, feel secure and be sure that they are accepted. Both of the partnership members: the XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences and Luxembourg Creative Lab are working and interacting with people from diverse origins and multicultural backgrounds.
The Target Audience
The main target groups for the project will be the following:
- XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences – students, staff members and peers. Since our university aims at developing its Inclusive student recruitment strategy, all staff members need to be involved.
- Luxembourg Creative Lab – staff members, free lancers, peers and clients.
By providing the target groups with the necessary knowledge and skills we believe that we will be able to positively affect the culture and mindset of our staff and network and therefore, create a better inclusive and diverse workplace for people with fewer opportunities.
